之前怕没有找到工作在家里虚度光阴，所以就申请学校做F1, file了 I-539。但是现在
接了一家公司的offer,想要cancel I091 application,打了很多个电话号码都没有人鸟
我，把我当球一样踢来踢去。请问一下如果不cancel的话有么有严重的后果？？我怕会
跟我现在的status有冲突。万分感激！

为啥要取消F1?
新的H1B申请了没有？

现在是TN，不需要H1B。之前太过着急，怕找不到工作想找点东西学习学习，结果就一
边申请学校，后来又不死心一边找工作。但是现在突然有job offer，怕身份重叠。

Your TN status is also in question when you do not work for the TN sponsor,
so COS to F1 was correct. Now, just go to border and re-admit getting new
TN I-94 sponsored by new company, you will be fine. The current pending COS
is considered abandoned when you leave USA and will not override your new
TN when I-539 gets approved (you can argue with law on your side that I-539
was approved in error).

太感谢你啦， ch12! 我已经给USCIS发了i-539 withdrawal letter，just in case
something happens.
