我是今年12.10才开始工作，H-1b的网站上说“ You may file an H-1B petition no m
ore than 6 months in advance of the requested start date.”
我发信问公司，公司却说“We are allowed to begin filing for H-1B visas as of
April 1. Your case was filed as a Notify application on 4/5.”
然后我就晕了，从来没听说过有个Notify application，也没搜到什么有用的信息。
所以想问问版上的，这个Notify application是不是说uscis 从6.10才开始处理我的ca
se啊。我已经file了，是不是到时候不用担心配额用没用完吧。。。
