根据前几个星期前的讨论，可以转，但将来转H1时仍需要回国两年，除非waiver尷。另
外，这个不应该是J1申请waiver的吗？

现在还没waive，准备在弄了。

不知道h1批准后10月前还能不能用j2工作

现在是J2，想转成F1有什么困难吗
without waiver, you need to get F1 visa stamp to reenter as F1.
J2是可以工作的，问下转H1B是不是没什么gap
To change from J2 to H1, you need the J waiver first.
People when J2 to other status such as F1, or stay outside of US for a while
(but less than 2 years) and then H1, which is possible if USCIS is remissed.
But for AOS or immigrant visa where full US history ever must be listed,
USCIS will find out your J history and you need a waiver by then.
