Responsibilities:
Program SAS/SQL ad hoc queries as assigned and report findings in an
organized manner.
Create targeted customer lists per specification for execution of
communication strategy.
Report and analyze all risk and loyalty campaigns as they relate to the
profitable acquisition of new customers and existing customers.
Create reports as required, with accuracy, and draw conclusions from report
results on overall program performance.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of key performance indicators.
Create and maintain documentation that adheres to established controls as
needed.
Complete Adhoc requests as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, math, statistics, economics or related
quantitative discipline or equivalent combination of related education and
experience is required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
beneficial.
Knowledge of or experience using SAS/SQL programming languages required.
Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
Ability to identify and resolve problems.
Ability to communicate in both written and verbal form.
Ability to meet established timelines.
Ability to work well with others.
Ability to be flexible and deal with frequent interruptions and changing
priorities.
