两个H1B工作之间如果有2到3个星期的gap对以后的绿卡申请会有麻烦吗？
是不是要严格的等到H1B transfer approval了之后才能辞职，而且辞职的日期和新公
司第一天的日期必须连上？
看了以前的讨论，有的人说只要paycheck连起来就行了。我是双周发薪水，如果有11/
15号的paycheck，新公司从12/1号开始是不是就没有问题了。
问了律师关于两个H1B工作之间能否有gap他的答复是法律上不能，我不太明白他说的“
submit the H-1B transfer prior to him leaving his company”这句话。难道不是
每个公司都是在离职前提前替大家申请H1B transfer。谁能帮我看看。
That is ture; however, we would submit the H-1B transfer prior to him
leaving his company. Please also explain to him that he can begin working
with XXX as soon as we receive the receipt notice or he can opt to wait
until we receive the full approval from USCIS.”
