The Team

part of the UI team.
Role & Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain the user interface used for configuring
Cisco’s award winning network security appliances.
● Assist in debugging real world deployment issues.
● Work diligently to ensure that the user interface is as streamlined as
possible.
● Work with a team of highly motivated UI developers to provide simple
configuration interfaces to challenging problems.
● Assist with scoping and documenting feature designs.● Experience with
automated UI testing and Agile Dev/Test teamwork.
Minimum Qualifications
● Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional
experience
● Perl & Java programming experience.
● Experience with writing software on a Unix/Linux platform.
● Experience with the LAMP stack
● Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
● Strong problem solving skills.
● Driven to dig into a problem and find the core issues.
● Ability to communicate complicated technical issues in a clear and
concise manner.
● Experience in software design and human interaction.
Desired Skills
● Experience with GWT strongly desired.
● SQL
● Familiarity with Network Security concepts
● Familiarity with Agile concepts.
● IP Networking
● CVS experience
● Familiarity with Eclipse
