Description:
EA’s Commerce and Identity team has a need for software engineer in Test in
Redwood City, California. Our platform provides critical foundation
services to game studios, including but not limited to identity management,
account, subscription, billing, payment, subscription, provisioning,
entitlement, risk and fraud at 24*7 with 99.99% reliability. We are looking
for outstanding software engineer in test that will mainly work on the test
automation framework implementation, server-side API test automation, UI
test automation, mobile test automaton, backend infrastructure testing, load
/stress testing development etc.
Responsibilities:
•Work with program manager to understand business scenarios and
develop test strategy for feature;
•Design and implement test automation systems
•Attends and contributes to elaboration meetings, writes test plans
and contributes to peer test code reviews
•Maintaining a continuous build&test system
•Troubleshoot live site and integration issues, regress/signoff
changes to INT/PROD environment
•Development of scripts for load/stress testing server APIs
•Provide training and help junior members of the team to grow
•Evaluate and adopt new test methodologies to improve team efficiency
and platform capability
Basic qualifications:
•Bachelor Degree(or above) in Computer Science, software engineering
or Electronic Engineering;
•Programming experience in Java, C# or C++ on large distributed online
platform.
•Experience on automation testing relates to server-side
functionalities
•Strong data structure and algorithm foundation;
•Exceptional analytical and creative problem solving skills,
Preferred qualifications:
•Familiar with java, mysql, oracle, linux;
•Familiar with Spring, OSGI, Tomcat, Hudson, Jenkins, selenium etc;
•Knowledge of relational databases, internet security, network
configuration;
