好多小留都觉得教授应该对你负责任，其实教授就是教授自己的日常上班时间管，剩下
的不管啊。又不是你父母也不是你的直系亲属，就算是直系亲属也没人管你这么多的在
这边。
我们这好多的小留来上班也是这样。还觉得可以跟国内似的就是好多人会管你教你东西
。但是实际上都是竞争关系，你来还不知道踩着谁进来的。本来就业就很多的不平等，
谁还会教给你东西啊。这么想想小留就不知道是真的想的比较少还是说怎么样。
之前我们那的小留就是说是可以来实习。走的时候说我们不管她。谁管你啊。我们都忙
着呢谁不是要这口饭吃啊。所以觉得小留特别不会站在别人的方面想还觉得自己那一套
能游泳似的。
尤其是90后的小留。可能家里有点钱也是独生子女就更有甚者了吧。根本就属于步入社
会还什么都不懂。这动不动就说回去比这里发展好。你要是自己想法不对的话，心态不
对。你怎么可能混的好呢？

100 miles =$2 if you use for air ticket.
so $24/1000=2.4% tax free. that is good.
If you have 4% checking and limit is 10K. you tax bracket is 40% to make it

另外, 网页上没有明确说debit卡要用几次阿... 跟reward checking一样, 要用个十几
次的话,

I didn't receive a 1099 from Bankdirect for the year of 2010.
They are much better than Citibank, who sent out 1099 that outrageously
values AA miles at 2.5 cents per mile.

不是hard。这是一个checking account，我自己开的时候查过，没有被hard pull。
我也可以refer bankdirect，如有需要，可以站内信发给我一个你的常用邮箱。

麻烦。
bankdirect不需要做这个，只要注意保证月均余额大于2500，防止手续费。
另外再宣传一句：想refer的话也可以找我。把email发到我站内信就行。

Without bonus, the annual AA miles for 25K deposit worth about $430 (given
$1000 for 70K on flea market), effective rate around 1.72%.
Reward checking has higher return even after 30% tax.
The advantages for BankDirect,
- the limit is high (up to 200K)
- no debit card transaction requirements after 3 months

应该是这样的
bankdirect会给你寄封确认信，需要签名寄回后才正式开户，那个确认信上还可以修改
信息的

板上有朋友推荐我了，我去注册的时候选AAdvantage Refer－A－Friend，填入推荐人
的名字和email，但是sumbit以后还是在同一个page，也没有显示错误信息。有人知道
怎么回事吗？选别的可以过去（只是看了看，还没有注册），但是可能推荐人和我自
己的1k可能就拿不到了。
还有后面问题好多，居然问wire/ACH的目的，顺便填没有什么事吧？

Now the bank has fixed the problem.
I chose the "AAdvantage Refer-A-Friend" and it worked.
I could not use credit card for the initial deposit. I could only chose

I didn't see this option neither. But after I submitted the application, I
called the number on the signature card and the csr told me I could use CC.
Just write your cc number and expiration date on the signature card and tell
them you want to use cc.

DD不一定存全部，但也最好存的数额大些，不然会被人看出来，他家是人工检查，所以
假的DD不好使。没有ssn估计得打电话了吧。一家不知道。总之他家还是不太好满足的
条件的，申之前一定把条款仔细看清楚了，小字材料要仔细读。不然有些bonus就被赖
掉了。

travel reward是100 X travel cost. 我试验了一个random search, LAX to PEK需要
89K miles. 总结就是$650 + 一张回国机票 + 略有结余。他家票availability is good。
AA的话如果运气好60k可以拿到一张回国机票。
