刚做了Inspection, 除了一楼有一个出风口一点风都不出之外，一楼和地下室的每个
出风口都很强劲。
可二楼所有的出风口出风都很弱，几乎感觉不到。
一楼的那一个不出风的出风口和二楼的弱风会是什么原因呢？ Air duct堵了么？

Sometimes a inline adjustment is put in the duct to balance the upper and
lower floor air output. You should see a handle and can rotate a door(you
can not see) inside the duct.
Also it could be upper floor is too far away to reach for the duct, so it is weak.

房检的时候看到一个handle样的东西，但好像是很松了，调了一下没什么效果。
你觉得不象是通往2楼的air duct堵了？
我觉得不象是因为2楼太远了，因为地下室和一楼的出风口，风很大。2楼只高3米顶多
了。
还有个问题. 热风能吹得多强是有什么决定的啊？所谓forced air是用什么forced?

了。

Possible but unlikely, look at the duct near the ac unit, you can usually
see a handle or two in the middle of a duct, try to turn that slowly and
someone else feel the air at the vent. (turn slowly, it could take a few
seconds to the vent to change)
You can partially close the one that is very strong, it will help send more
to the other vent

Power of the fan, newer unit have multiple speed. I program my HVAC unit
such as, after temp drop to 1 degree below set, turn on unit at lowest B

忘了说了，房间的时候，我试着把地下室和一楼的所有出风口都关掉了。二楼的出风口
风还是很小，几乎都没有变化。 这会不会是很严重的问题啊？
最坏情况，修这个大概要多少钱啊？

Heat rise up, so you should not have much problem in heating season.
What kind of duct to you have? metal or insulated flex pipe?
It is possible to put in a inline booster (basically a fan) to help your
second floor situation.

The pressure loss through flex is higher than for most other types of ducts.
As such, designers and installers attempt to keep their installed lengths (
runs) short, e.g., less than 15 feet or so, and to minimize turns.
Keep looking for the VOCs (Volume Control Dampers) first, I do not believe
you have automatic zone dampers in your house, but I could be wrong, they do
fail sometime (stuck in one position)
If all your upstairs vents are low in air volume, check the second floor
plenums first (mo
