proposal status到现在还是 pending (panel is on Feb). 两个星期前发信问，一直
没得到回信，今天有发了封信。
信里就说it seems the proposal is pending in the fast lane, I wonder if this
reflects the most up to date status of the proposal. 大家都能及时收到回信吗
？

现在PM应该很忙吧,很多program都在做决定。我的也pending超过6个月了，也没变态
，因为怕打扰PM没敢发email。等得过程很难受，不过好像现在除了等待没有更好选择.

以前有人喝这种蛇酒，结果被蛇咬了的，因为蛇还没有死，在里面不过是冬眠，一开瓶
大量氧气进入酒瓶，蛇一惊醒闪电般冲出来咬了开酒瓶的人的手。

不好说. 我有一个competitive的proposal过了10个月挂了. 如果PM勤快,那可能PM不确
定是不是有钱fund. 如果PM拖拉,那proposal可能是不fund. 你看看你的proposal
status date变了没, 没变就接着等,变了就没戏了.

我等了7个半月了,status变了2次，给PM写了2封信（PM变了一次），都没回，现在距离
status上次变又快有1个月了，还是没消息。下一个都没办法投了...

有时候酒瓶没有密封完全，所有有少量的氧气进入酒瓶，足够蛇冬眠了。蛇的生命力的
