有permanent job，但是title不是research之类的，虽然他有很多时间都是在做
research。之前他们医院有一个关于移民的讲座，医院请来的律师说老公因为不是全职
research，是不能办EB1b的。可是刚看版上说如果只要能证明是permenant job，就可
以办，所以想问一下，老公这种到底可不可以直接去找HR，开证明然后自己申请？
另外，把老公的情况说一下，请大家评价一下可能性，有什么地方需要加强的.万分感

PhD, EE major, Journal 7篇1作，3篇其他作者，5篇会议文章，但是不知道是领域缘
故还是他们做的太偏了，只有1篇他引（这也是我们最头疼的地方），当过4次reviewer
，没有采访，没有专利。除了校级的奖没有award。
像他这种情况EB1A是不是想都不用想，要是EB1b行不通的话只能NIW了？谢谢！！！

张，人必须遵守道德规范，否则和禽兽就没有差别。清朝的道学家唐鉴曾经提出：“不
为圣贤，则为禽兽。”从蒋介石的日记里可以看出，他好色，但是，同时又努力戒色，
力图做“圣贤”，不做“禽兽”。为此，他和自己的欲念进行过长达数年的斗争。
1919年2月，蒋介石在福建曾勉励自己：“好色为自污自贱之端，戒之慎之！”⑤
次月，他从前线请假回沪，途经香港，曾因“见色起意”，在日记中为自己“记过一次
”。① 不料第二天，他就在旅馆中“见色心淫，狂态复萌，不能压制矣”。不过，他当
晚又检讨：“介石以日看曾文正书，不能窒欲，是诚一生无上进之日矣”！他勉励自己
，在花花世界努力“砥砺德行”。②

那老公需要去改title吗？他现在是medical physicist,听起来跟research没啥关系。
但是他的job description中有写除了clinical外还需要做research。他工作快一年了
，加上博士如果算research两年半的话，应该够3年了，是不是够资格file了？

只能试一下EB1B， EB1A就不要想了。 关键是JOB OFFER中是如何说的， 是不是
RESEARCHER， IO不知道。

One citation is really low for a meaningful research paper. It would be
hard to prove the impact of his research on the scientific community at
large.

他的job offer写的很简单，就只有title：junior physicist，然后就是说给多少钱，
没有提具体内容，唯一有提到research的也只有job description里的一小段：“
Participate in clinical and basic research in computed tomography, digital
mammography and radiation dosimetry.” 这样可以算数吗？如果不算，要怎么跟老
板或者HR negotiate一下呢？其实老公平时大多数时间都是在做research，他们医院不
做research survive不了。。。

job offer上只有annual pay，和40小时工作，应该算full time吧。permanent没有说
，但是老公以前确认过，是permanent的，所以是不是要要HR再搞一份，证明是
permenant的job？那research那方面呢，要提吗？

我的EB1b也是这么写的，IO NSC#475把我拒了。说学校的academic affairs manual上
说只能最多续三年（虽然以后可以renewal)，所以就不是permanent

哈哈，老大太油菜啦
可我老公其实是一半clinical一半research，那要提吗？还是只提research？但那样，
万一碰到的这个IO知道一般他们这种title不做research的，会不会很麻烦？
