1.有两个一样的BOA CC，合并CL后关掉其中一个，会被Hard吗？
2.合并CL后剩下的那个卡，客服说现在有更好的cashback，建议升级，说升级不会hard
不会关账户只是会发新卡，开卡历史那些都不会变，是这样吗？

A friend of mine is coming to the United States just for vacation. She got
her visa two months ago but such remarks: "Clearance Received 18-Mar-2010
Huawei Technologies CO LTD”. I wonder if anyone has such experiences? Is
there anything in particular this person needs to be warned about? (She used
an invitation letter when she applied for the visa--however, the time frame
of the invitation has obviously passed by now and she has not even come to
the U.S. yet)
