可以再延期5天到7天，如果还不行，就接着延。现在大部分的Lender都不收Extension
fee，不过具体的情况还是问问你的Broker。

你要是房子真住30年可能值得，否则那点差别省的钱不够你的fee的
那么小的差别相必也没broker能给你no fee refi
