每月的balance不能太高，比如CL是5000，balance是500，available credit line是

那就是说如果statement的balance是500的话，计算是按500/5000吗？还是这样：(5000
-1000）/5000？多谢！

有什么STUPID的，EB3C才几个人?都快追上EB3-ROW了。
EB2-INDIAN EB3-INDIAN 和现在EB1C-INDIAN这么ABUSE 这个SYSTEM,现在让他们自作自
受，好的很，我觉得现在的形式是最好的，EB2-CHINA6-7年上下拿卡，EB2-INDIAN 要
12年-14年，他们是自作自受。
EB2-INDIAN EB3-INDIAN 和现在EB1C-INDIAN这么ABUSE 这个SYSTEM,现在让他们自作自

no my logic is:
1), even if there are any SOs, EB2C will get a very very small piece of it
because there are way more EB2I. it is not worth it;
2). Indians are abusing this system, from EB1C to EB2 to EB3, so they
deserve the pain.
