My current H1B was expired in Oct. 2010. And the extension of my H1B is
still pending now. So can I submit
my I140 without the approval notice of H1B, but with received notice of my
H1B pending case.
My H1B extension has been pending over four months now. I am not sure when I
can get the approval notice.
But I really want o submit my I140 as soon as possible.
Anyone had same situation before? Thanks a lot.

之前看宋茜的王牌，觉得她的性格挺女汉子的，当然，综艺感，唱歌跳舞都不错，但是
演技方面，确实不太敢恭维。而且一直觉得宋茜的五官不太适合小荧屏，五官特色不够
突出，而且表情来说，有点单调乏味。
结爱里边只是表演上线，刚刚及格，离演技好，还差很远。而且她演傻白甜的时候，总
感觉有种表演呆，傻傻的，一点都不可爱。
相反，倒觉得整片一开头的时候那一对儿小演员演的比较好，尤其是演慧颜的小女孩，
哭的时候挺自然，有种梨花带雨的感觉，笑的时候，疑惑的时候，都觉得莫名透着一种
娇俏，表情特别丰富，而且觉得可爱。
其实，也不是说宋茜就不能演电视剧，一直觉得她缺一个合适的角色。比如类似于《琅
琊榜》里边霓凰郡主的那类角色，有点冷，需要大气和气场强大的那种，不需要装可爱
的，而且戏份不用太多，表演跨度不用太大的那种，还是适合宋茜的。

You should be able to submit 140 if it is for EB1B with a pending H1 renewal
notice.
