很意外接到一电话，是一大公司的recruiter，跟我道歉说本来应该发信跟我约的，但
是HM快出差了，等不及，所以就直接打电话给我了。问了几个问题，关于H1B之类的，
我也实话实说。然后跟我说，HM觉得我的resume很impressive，background很好，出身
很好，blabla。然后说会email我通知和HM电面的时间。
我刚刚才开始投简历，接电话的时候也不知道是谁，旁边噪音巨大无比，差点都没听见
对方说啥，汗。不过觉得她很nice。说好话是不是她们的职业素养啊？顺求个bless，
嗯。。。

第一个短信是card production，怎么刚才又受到短信 decision，状态怎么又退回了？
好像看到以前也有人是这样的，应该不会有啥问题吧。

可能还会变一次到 post decision 状态。
我的状态是： card production-->decision (update in the next day) ---> post
decision (update 2-3 days later) 好像最后的 post decision才是卡寄出来

decision = mailed out card and brochure
PDA= mailed out I797 notice

问问group里面多少人，结构组成之类的。然后聊了会天，最后给了我他email address
，让我有问题的话给他写信，说几天内会告诉我是不是有on-site，然后说了下on-site
大概的时间和安排。

HR都是坏人. They work for the company and they are on the company side.
They will tell you how good the company are with great benefits, on the
other side they try to lower your salary as low as possible. Think about
them as 笑里藏刀的大坏人.

re: company recruiters are scumbags.
Then there are other kind of HRs.
1) Headhunters: these are your friends. Just ask them how to get into
the company and they will tell you. They will even help you do the
interviews if they can. (why? because they get paid if they place you.
aka, you are their boss)
2) Contractors: these are in between. (e.g. Microsoft's HRs). Their
purpose is to renew their contracts next year. So, they make sure
everyone is decent. They want to bring it good people so they can get
better contract next year. In addition, as long as they don't screw up
bad, they are fine.
3) Company recruiters: they are the scumbags. They have a stable job
inside the company. So, what they don't want to do is "screw things up“.
They are looking excuses to NOT hire you. No risk, no loss.
