在一个小Teaching School教书。之前听说如果non tenure track就不能申请perm
，但是今天同事说他已经联系律师在申请perm EB2了，律师说可以。
学校HR说会尽量配合，让联系律师先。
想在这里确认一下，这种申请可能吗？
