版上大家常说的R1，R2，R3以及Tier1, Tier2, Tier3学校都是怎么划分的，谁给说说

R1，R2，R3是Carnegie Classification搞的，有明确的定义。基本是将可以授予博士
学位的学校分三类。跟学校，不跟系。

Tier根据我的理解，是对某一个学科，大家形成的印象，没有明确的定义，跟学科不跟
学校。不同的人对“一档”、“二档”、“三档”有自己的定义。
