这个问题回答肯定是YES，大家都是怎么附纸寄去的？要附上的part#和A＃都是啥啊？
前面有人回答说 “另用一张纸，打上申请人名字，这个问题所在的part #，question
，和答案。”
那么这张纸是和随后的 supporting materials （PL，exhibits...）一起寄出去吗？

收款人姓名地址
收款人开户行名称地址和SWIFT CODE（可以找Chase问）
需要的信息其实你可以找中国银行问，主要是为了填他们的境外汇款申请书
手续费大概国内收两三百人民币，中间行收$15-$20，Chase接收再收$15
