正在准备EB1B的材料，本来计划这个月左右提交的。
这两天又被告知有可能被调动到另一个城市换个岗位。
和律师讨论了一下，建议调动之后再递交。
真的很纠结：不知道调动什么时候能完成，完成后能不能立即递交呢？
调动后如果岗位(不再是research）也换了，那eb1b是不是就不成立了？
假如调动过程需要3个月，能不能现在就交上？
如果140批了，再调动工作换地方还成立吗？
有没有类似经历或者知道的给指点一下？

If I-140 approved and I-485 pending > 180 days, you can change to any other
"similar" job and the I-485 should be approved without legal problem.

谢谢回复。
这和律师所说的6个月合上了。当时只是不明白。
不过公司内部调动，也在此列？
如果在递交前拿到另一个职位的就职信，
可不可以在正式去之前递交？
因为可能在拿到就职信后三四月后才去，
那样等的时间有点长吧？

公司内部调动, if it is the same company that also has another location
meeting the research requirements (a department with > 3 full-time
researchers) for your new position, it should be fine.
Otherwise, the current department/office needs to promise that they will
hire you back in the future.
