嗯，应该是这样。
offer letter应该是human resource发的；但是employment verification letter应该
是系里发的。
Offer letter cannot approve that you take the job and are still on the
position.

我们当时没有这个employment letter，只交了offer letter和三个月的工资单

postdoc 如果让human resources 写employment letter，会给写成是permanent
position 吗？
