上个礼拜收到了, 一直接放冰箱里。正好家里有波兰红肠, 当时就没动。昨天的晚饭素
了一些, 把孩子弄上床睡觉后打开蒸了一些, 顺带两个馒头打点一下五脏庙。虽然来晚
了, 也说说我的感受吧。
1. 价格, 说老实话这个价格我觉得可以接受, 但也不会买很大量。店家服务也不错。
2. 包装不错, 密封的。
3. 麻辣香肠, 对我来讲麻辣味道适中, 软硬度也相宜, 下酒, 配饭, 或炒菜都会不错。
烟熏腊肉, 这个烟熏味足, 但咸味稍欠。肉皮的位置比较硬, 蒸了30分钟。
4. 目前没有食物中毒现象, 应该是安全的。
这个前些年自己也做, 没啥密方, 就是搜寻各种食谱, 主要自己家里人吃, 有时和朋友
分享。更多年前家里的老成都亲戚也做这个。就比较一下。
蓝妈妈家的香肠味道和自家成都亲戚做的比较相近。制作时不用硝盐, 我虽认为不妥,
但这也只是个人的取向。值得注意的是未加硝盐的香肠要注意冷藏保存。蓝妈妈网站上
说这些产品是USDA 认证的, 我在包装标签上没有看到USDA 标签。
至于产品是否卫生, 我觉得这个就跟搞 potluck party 一样, 除非有认证, 我又怎能
确定。但难道我就饿着?
对我来讲, 因为自己也做, 或许没有那种惊艳的感觉。但不排除别人没有。总体感觉目
前的产品还是在高业余水平, 希望蓝妈妈的香肠能够继续提高,越做越好。
想当初我自己的产品也是惨不忍睹, 不过经过几次的改进, 现在好多了:)

我邻居家一个劲的给我们推荐他们孩子上的at home daycare. 但我发现他们最近被告
了.甚至觉得我应该跟邻居家说，他们应该认真考虑一下换个地方

Complaint related: Yes
Description: The Provider failed to ensure that the home's child care
services were conducive to the welfare of a child in care. Health
information provided by the parents was not appropriately considered in
decisions made, which increased the risk for an already unsafe pacifier use
with a 4 month old infant. Methods of care were not discussed with the
parents.
Evidence:
1. During the home inspection, a total of 3 pacifiers were found under crib
mattresses and to have strings tied to either side of the mouth cover piece
with a loop tied on each end. [Photo #1 and #2. ]
2. Based upon interviews conducted, the pacifiers belonged to Child #5, and
were given to the child when crying during nap time.
3. Based upon interviews conducted, Child #5 often spit out the pacifier and
cried when placed in a crib for naps. The caregivers placed the string
loops over the ears of the child to hold the pacifier in the child's mouth.
4. Based upon interviews conducted, the Provider tied the strings onto the 3
pacifiers and the caregivers used these specific pacifiers for Child #5.
5. Based upon interviews conducted, the Provider did not discuss with the
parents, the manner by which she was using the pacifiers for Child #5. The
parents of the subject child were not aware of this technique and did not
give permission for any caregiver to "secure" pacifiers onto the face of the
child.
6. Based upon a review of records, it was determined that documentation on
the physical exam on-site for Child #5 indicated that the child had reflux.

7. Based upon a review of records, it was determined that questions in the
enrollment packet answered by the parents indicated that the child had
reflux. Question: "Does your child take any medication on a regular basis?"
Answer: "Yes-Ranitidine (Zantac) for acid reflux." [Photo #4.]
8. Based upon a review of records, it was determined that in a separate
informational document provided by the parents to the Provider, details were
given about the child's pacifier use during naps. "If she wakes up crying
into a nap, I've found she often needs to burp or spit up. If she keeps
spitting out the paci, she probably needs to spit up." [Photo #5.]
9. Based upon interviews conducted, the Provider admitted that she was aware
that Child #5 had reflux, and that it was her decision to tie the strings
onto the pacifiers and give them to the child. The Provider reported the
intent of the method was to prevent the child from spitting out the pacifier
during naps. She further questioned what was wrong with doing this as she
did it with her own children and there were no problems.
10. Based upon interviews conducted, on at least one occasion the child was
found to have markings around the mouth area consistent with those of the
pacifier. This would indicate that the pacifier was fitted tightly to the
face.
