My case is not strong, there are a lot of guys here who have strong cases, I
would say go for it. Consider EB1B first if possible.The RFE was nonsense,
it required job offer documents which I have included in the original
package. I returned the copy of exactly the same job offer documents and it
got approved.I guess the USCIS is currently having overwhelming number of PP
cases and doesn't have time to process the applications in time. So they
issue RFEs to slow things down.
Anyway I was lucky to not have received a tough RFE. I would like to thank
everyone on this board for providing a rich environment for the preparation.
I list the outline of my petition letter (it would be like this if I remove
all the private information).For EB1B, the most important point to prove is
the INTERNATIONAL recognition:
