出租房的interest rate 肯定比自住高。 先refi, 再出租。

给你找个Lender的Guideline:
6.Occupancy.Borrower shall occupy,establish,and use the Property as Borrower
's principal residence within 60 days after the execution of this Security
Instrument and shall continue to occupy the Property as Borrower's principal
residence for at least one year after the date of occupancy, unless Lender
otherwise agrees in writing, which consent shall not be unreasonably
withheld, or unless extenuating circumstances exist which are beyond
Borrower's control.

14万贷款的loan amount不算多,而且变成投资房了,怎么也有租收呀,只要能cover所
有的expenses就不亏呀。 这种情况下即便能做成refi,rate下降的空间也有限,没有
