本人12年9月初，另外row是怎么回事？为什么几个国家都在 01SEP12？公司可以降级，
但是不能一起file 485，这种情况值不值得现在就降级？

确实是中国的和worldwide的，是不是row就是worldwide的或者说表格里面的
