大家给offer都是什么策略？我的心理预期是留两次讨价还价的机会。但是listing
agent都直接问愿不愿意match别人的offer。好像现在卖方都很拽啊。。。

本不告诉你别人的offer是多少，最多两轮offer就结束，不给你加钱的机会，逼着你一
上来就亮底牌。你出个listing price连进入第二轮的机会都不一定有。。。我们这还

高法任命要国会通过吧，feds的头头我就记得radio里说要任命谁谁，不记得要过国会

Federal reserve 根本就是个私人机构。政府应该是不能直接关掉的，但是政府应该是
可以和他们拖钩的。
但是敢起这个念头的总统好像都会很早就死掉，包括肯尼迪好像也谣传是因此而死的。
