I am not 100% sure, but since your employer is the petitioner for EB1b 140.
485 is based on your approved EB1b, thus it seems you can't switch your job
before you get 485 approved

i don' t think you can submit your 485. When you submit 485, a employment
verification letter is required. If you are layoff, how will you get this
letter.
you might file a EB1a i140.
for the EB1b, you can change your job after you submit 485 more than 180
days.

Thanks for comments - I actually did concurrent filing. Job so far so fine,
just a little worried about all possibilities.

My 140 has been approved. Does it mean I can change job once get the EAD,
but before 485 approved?

网上买的话，果树寄到的时候就可以，也应该马上种到地里。

latest they can ship is first week of March. It may be too early for zone 5.
I am in zone 6a, and I have to plant the tree when there is still light snow
