不久前做SR要求expedite，回答说:
"Your application is pending, awaiting for final review.
Please be assured that we are working proficiently, as we are expeditiously
on each case."
这是拒绝我的要求吧？
Awaiting final review是指name check已经过了？

尼康D90的机身，想上个好点的长焦头，新一代XZP太贵。。。于是在看适马的副厂小黑
。好像少了4片镜片和VR。不知有没有用过的同学说说那个头子怎么样？没有VR，在野
外拍摄影响大不大？

I have this lens, so far I like it.
I don't open up to 2.8 too much, F4 is good enough for me.
use it both on FX and DX, and ultrasonic focus is pretty fast, close to my N
+24-70.
I didn't try VR lens, but you will find out there are many other ways to
avoid shaking.
For your example, Many pics on the slide show of my website are taken by
this lens.

which gen are u using? on dpr they mentioned focus problem on 4th gen.
besides the OS version is coming this year, according to earlier romor.

The OS version is released, but I don't think $1699 is a resonable price...I
guess more people would just add $600 to buy the Nikkor...

well sigma's lens will drop price, unlike canon's or nikon's. i think in
short time it'll go to 1.2k or something.

How long do you mean by "short time"?... I'm asking b/c I want to decide
whether to wait or not...

Is it really 1699? I would rather buy VRII, or just buy a used Sigma.

According to the pre-order information on amazon, it is $1699...Sigma not
only adds OS but also uses better low dispersion pieces. But it seems not
very wise because despite they use good parts, most buyers would go for
nikon VRII at that price range...
