房子做完检查了，报告中提到了一下不工作的设备，因该怎么要求卖方呢？
房子80年代中的,A/C 系统已经10年以上了.

You could ask your agent to request credit. It is up to the seller to make a
final call. Normally seller will give you a pencent (i.e. 50%) of what you
requested.
