This is a joke. How come the side of 25 (red, rectangle) changed into 35 (
red, square)?
And the side of 14 in rectangle changed into 10 in square.
No this is not the correct answer to the original question, but an optical
illusion.

That is correct! It shows a general approach to convert a rectangle to a
square if certain ratio is not exceeded. A brilliant approach. My poor eyes
