通过猎头找到工作，所以必须和猎头公司A签合同，但人是到真正付薪水的公司B去上班
.口头协议是和猎头公司A签6个月，然后再和公司B续签。薪水待遇和公司正式员工一样
，不是按小时计价的那种contractor。这种情况下，猎头公司发过来的所谓的合同中说：
we recognize that you retain the option, as does the Company(猎头公司A), of
ending your employment with the Company at any time, with or without notice
and with or without cause. As such, your employment with the Company is at-
will and neither this letter nor any other oral or written representations
may be considered a contract for any specific period of time.
看起来，双方都可以随时随地单方面解约，合同里也没有提到赔偿。并且也没有规定6
个月的工作时间，还有继续和公司B续签。
