准备了两个多月的材料，心力憔悴，总算过了这第一道门槛。一直潜水为主，感谢本版
的巨大帮助，分享一点点经验。
2/2/2012 I-140 Efile
2/3/2012 把材料寄出去的，pp，TSC。
2/8/2012 晚上6点收到邮件。当时听说USCIS的系统有问题，会显示错误的状态，所以
一时未敢轻信这个结果，直到今天查看，状态依然是approved，所以才赶来发帖。
background：国内phd，来美postdoc两年半，材料相关领域，纳米材料与器件，太阳能
电池材料，导电材料等等。
paper：31，10 first author。
review：22 （同一篇稿子的第二次第三次审，我都给加上了）
citation：>400
claim了authorship，contribution和review。
PL写了14页，主要就是照着一些基本的模板走的，尽量以图表为主。RL是美国2，日本1
，德国1，香港1，还有就是自己的老板。其中一个independent也是一个新出的杂志的
associate editor，所以在准备推荐信时就用了一小段强调了一下审稿的问题。所有的
推荐信都基本没有太多改动。
所有的材料均编了页码，前后折腾了很多回，就是为了调整格式。推荐大家学好用好
acrobat professional的各种功能。不过，也结合了pdffactory的一些功能，把格式做
好的。
citation只打印了list。independent citation就按照isi web of science上给出的数
值，没有具体去做精心的区分。
材料寄出后，才发现，在index里，所有的petition都写成了petion，捏了一把冷汗。
还好有惊无险。望各位小心。 (刚刚发现，错别字还不止这一个，journal写成了
jounal，university写成了univeristy，等等， 真惊险。)
所有都用黑白打印，偶尔几页觉得重要的，就用了彩打。
全文采用第三人称写的。
