with lender before submitting.
We used to get the loan pass with similar situation as yours and lender
provide the exception. I guess it is case by case.

So far PF can offer the best rate but they only accept green card or US
citizen.

只要你把情况让你的贷款agent跟银行进行说明可以贷了，好利率一样拿得到的。但是
就是要根绝不同的lender确定具体的要求

收EAD卡的lender有限，不如收H1B的lender多。身份本身不会影响rate，只不过可选的
lender少了而已。
485 pending不是一种身份，这种情况下不是H1B就是EAD卡。
