我用的是USPS Priority Mail Express，31号上午9点寄的，1号上午10点就到了。使用
的是以下地址：

Are you guys DIY your I485 and EAD/AP? I am thinking about DIY. Just want
to know what I need to get from my employer. Only the employment
verification letter? What else?
My employer said usually the attorney prepares for the letter and the HR
just sign it. If I want to DIY, I need to prepare for the letter. Do you
guys have any samples for this?

The purpose of this letter is to verify the employment of XXX. Our records
indicate that XXX has been employed at YYY since Time. XXX is currently
employeed full time as a position name ZZZ.
If further information is needed, please contact human resource at telphone
number or fax aaa.

I did my I-140. I think I can handle I485 as well. :)

请教一下EAD需要提交的材料.
我看了

上面把三个申请分开,给每个申请类别单独提供证明材料, 我想这很清楚,便于处理.
但是我看了I765的申请, 很多材料是不是没有必要
她提供的材料列表:
Part 2 Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization
Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization with two (2) photos
Passport biographical page
Birth Certificate
Marriage Certificate
Nonimmigrant visa and stamps
Form I-94, both sides;
Form I-797A Notice of Action, Approval Notice for Change Nonimmigrant Status;
I-20s
School Verification
Letter of Explanation
Form I-797, Notice of Action, Approval notice for [ ];
我看了一个博客的列表
Form I-765
Copy of I-485 Receipt Notice －仅单独提交的免费 EAD 申请
Copy of Last EAD (front and back) －没有的话用护照 copy 代替
Copy of Approval Notice of EAD Application (Denial notice if applicable)
Two 2" x 2" photos (name & A# on back in pencil)
新版的 I-765 有下列变动：交费的 EAD 不再需要 I-485 收据， I-485 的 EAD 不再
需要 I-94 了。
我也看了官方的instruction,
对于初次上交485的人来说也就是钱,765表和照片
因为原来没有ead卡,所以除此外还有护照,visa,birth certificate.
不知诸位是怎么处理的?还有其他材料吗? 配偶的EAD需要婚姻公证吗?

旧的EAD卡需要提交,这是我的理解.
