MS store的checkout，尽管我己经用我的live account登录了，但是底下总是有一个必
需填的email加密码，说要创建live account用，然后我填了一个新的email，却又说我
的shipping address不对。。。我的shipping是打了勾和billing address一样，我也
试了把勾取消手工填进去，也不行。求各位达人帮忙提示一下？

两种方法AP转全额：
1、添加AGC时，故意填错expiration data。修改正确后转全额
2、添加AGC，等上一个星期左右，在Amex网站查一下，如果1刀temp auth消失了，就可
以转全额
