最近申请了一个公司的职位，因为学校H1B不能转公司，所以考虑O1的可能性。
现在有一家猎头公司给我发邮件说能给sponsor h1b，不知道他们有什么渠道？会不会
是骗人呀？2016财年的申请已经结束了呀，他们怎么操作的呀？
往高人指点！

File Concurrent H1b is a option for you if ur current non-cap employer does
not mind. As per DHS memo if you are full time employee with no cap H1b,
you can file that for part time employment at the company subject to cap
anytime

看谁扯淡，调查研究先，我理解没办过的人或者没听说过的人或者被cap h1b吓怕的人
一看就会这么想着不可能，怎么会有这个空子钻的。但事实就是USCIS专门有这个memo
，有人确实是这么兼职的，然后顺利等到下个财年抽cap h1b然后跳槽走的。

You can change your current non-cap H1B to part time (file an amended H1B
