看了一下fineprint，上面写
"Offer valid in store only at all US Costco Warehouse locations including
Puerto Rico."
没收到email的人是在Costco店里买东西吗？还是online买的??
这次online买cash card确定不qualify喔

1.必须是in store purchase
2.不包含gas/travel/online/pharmacy purchase
3.必须是Costco membership
4.申请会员的费用也可以抵(但没提renew是否也可)
"If you redeem this offer, your American Express Card Member status may be
shared with Costco. Offer valid in store only at all US Costco Warehouse
locations including Puerto Rico. Offer excludes gas, travel and online
purchases. Costco membership required for purchases in-store at Costco,
except for pharmacy transactions. $25 can include Costco membership purchase
. Offer is non-transferable. Limit 1 statement credit per American Express
online account. Enrollment is limited. If you order an item during the offer
period but it is not sent to you until after 8/15/14, it may not count
towards determining whether your purchase qualifies for the offer. Statement

只是说买东西时必须有costco membership，可以是借别人的卡或者跟有卡的人一起去
