请问各位, 建新房的话, 以下的值得要吗?
house is in a new sub-division, ~2500 sq. colonial.~ $500K.
1. additional first floor bedroom suite (300 sq, with a full bath): $32000.
2. second floor extension of master bedroom (add a sitting room, 250sq): $
14000
3. 8-foot second floor extension (bigger bedrooms and two additional
bedrooms with walk-in closet, ~ 200sq): 12000$.
3. 6 foot extension of family room (100 sq): 10000$
4. third garage: 9000$
5. smooth ceiling on second floor: 1500$
6. deck (15x15): 5000$
另外有必要把二楼也加9-foot ceiling 吗? 还有什么是最好现在就加上的?

这也是头疼的问题, 因为只能1和4中选一个(due to lot size).
如果考虑将来卖, 究竟是first floor bedroom suite 还是 three garage 更好?

当个客房，给父母住，出租，当办公室，干什么都行

1。一楼有个房间以后父母or in-law住都不错，做客房或者电脑房也不错，夏天楼上太
热可以住一楼。family room看电视的地方，没必要太大。

我怎么觉得现在的新房子都应该是9尺ceiling了。
