got their email 1 hour ago. saying there will be an updated number when
closing.
I already decided not to go with them. the so called "uniform residential
loan application" form was not signed. but i want to see what other tricks
they could have.
This is a good chance to learn more about the "traps". any suggestion to
uncover the secrets is appreciated.
trick 1: no closing no fee
trick 2: will have an updated number when closing (why there could be a
different number other than the existing principal? my existing loan is with
Chase. and the refinance info is supposed to be easy access for them.)
