很想去safeway 买master GC, double dip 一下，不过真的想不出怎么花。主要钱都用
在online 或者costco. 这个master gc 好像只能店里用，是吗？online 都要billing
address....
求指教，pm 也好。

收到他们寄来的ups 性疯，说可以no cost no fee
一开始没理。结果连三个月都寄来。打电话去，真是没closing. 4.625 到4.25
后来寄来资料，就差签字了。一看不对。prinsipal 给我加了1500上去。问她。连两天
不回电话不回信。
竟然搞这种猫腻。贱。

costco.com可以用任何信用卡买costco cash card，不限于amex

可以网上用的，只要应付款小于或等于卡得balance。
billing address随便填。

got their email 1 hour ago. saying there will be an updated number when
closing.
I already decided not to go with them. the so called "uniform residential
loan application" form was not signed. but i want to see what other tricks
they could have.
This is a good chance to learn more about the "traps". any suggestion to
uncover the secrets is appreciated.
trick 1: no closing no fee
trick 2: will have an updated number when closing (why there could be a
different number other than the existing principal? my existing loan is with
Chase. and the refinance info is supposed to be easy access for them.)

那个AMEX SERVER 是不是就可以把家里的所有零散银行GC 余额并到它那去呀？

把故事讲完。
其实就是用no point no cost 把人吸引过来。偷偷把closing cost 放到新loan里。然
后不讲明，让你签字。
如果你不小心，就上当了。
如果你发现了，就说最后closing的时候会有最后的数字。也不解释为什么会提高新
loan。
我决定不做了。但故意问她要解释，新贷款为什么多出来那么多。新谎言又来了。说如
果你今天pay off，你要交principal 和 interst ，所以并不是你看到的principal
balance. 我问她，so? 这和refinance 是一回事吗？你给我一步一步加一下，我看看
新loan是怎么来的。结果就彻底消失了。

我现在很忙，其实如果都是老实做事的，不做白不做。chase 至少见过两个乌龙了。
有时候我觉得可能他们自己也不懂，所以可以理直气壮的用为你着想的语气骗人。
