就虚伪，外面刮风外F穿着深V T恤，好像冷了，白男立刻脱了外套给披上，自己穿短袖
薄T恤，傻13装样子。两个人边走边聊笑了一路，不知道讲什么。后来进了一家泰国餐
馆，两个人都点了爬泰面，又吃又聊的，真不愧是外F，不知道床上刷了什么手段了在
一起这么多年了还这么多话说。
最可气的是师兄正人君子，以前一贯坚持不结婚不脱女人衣服，结果外F的膜白白送给

10月估计是propose entire rule, 然后才开始60天commenting period, 然后review,
签字， final. 实施 等等。 我看2016年的这个时候能生效就不错了。
