比较杂，谢谢大拿指导。
1，标准的十字路（90度交叉），靠交叉（就是十字最近）的地方的房子，算不算路冲？
2，condo 不能随便租，那么TH 或者 sfh，是不是不要社区同意，自己可以找roommate
?（单身，考虑3B3R有些浪费）；
3，大概1千米（大半迈）的距离，可能要修轻轨（终点站），2022年完工。这样对房子
有什么影响？

For the 3rd one, it depends. I am in Texas. People would think the train
will bring more homeless people around this area, which is negative.
