递offer 已经一个多月了 之前也收到过一次update，看上去对方agent好像还挺用心？
前两天又收到对方agent的更新如下。请问这个是不是快了？还是只是让我安心？

I just spoke to ******* at Prestige Title, who is
handling this short sale file with Bank of America. The sellers had a
bankruptcy well over a year ago. The bankruptcy was discharged last
year and then a judge needed to rule on an abandonment order, which
has been done for several weeks. We're now waiting on a decline
letter from Bank of America, which supposedly we'll have by the end of
the week. Once that happens, the short sale process should speed up.
Are your buyers ok with waiting or are they getting ready to walk?
