标题: 如果OPT 延期到H1B生效之间被裁，OPT和H1B会取消吗

公司马上大裁员了，想先了解下情况
现在是OPT延期是用现在公司的E-Verify，H1B十月生效，如果被裁员的话，OPT和H1B是
不是都保不住了啊？
如果发生的话，第一时间是不是找个地方挂靠H1B啊？
请大家指点，谢谢

OPT的情况你不说没人知道。
我知道有这样的最后OPT也延了，找了工作H1B也办了，不过也是几年前。
不过现在申请的h1b要是撤销了就没办法，要重新来。想办法等到明年抽签吧。

opt延期可以有1个月没工作。 opt期间是3个月。可以累计4个月/120天。
(E) Periods of unemployment during post-completion OPT . During post
-completion OPT, F-1 status is dependent upon employment. Students may not
accrue an aggregate of more than 90 days of unemployment during any post-
completion OPT carried out under the initial post-completion OPT
authorization. Students granted a 17-month OPT extension may not accrue an
aggregate of more than 120 days of unemployment during the total OPT period
comprising any post-completion OPT carried out under the initial post-
completion OPT authorization and the subsequent 17-month extensio n period.

H1B如果在10月生效前撤销，那就要以后再抽签了。
