上次分享后被板斧提醒说每个form都应该有单独的supporting documents。于是赶快
cancel了shipment。
现在重新发出来看看有没有什么问题：

Robert Shimasaki
One of the most unpleasant things about relocation is to switch doctor and
dentist, and it usually takes a few trial-and-errors. However, Dr.
Shimasaki is the first we tried after we moved here, and we both like him.
His office is a little bit on the expensive side (compared to my previous
dentist in another part of the country), but that should not be a problem if
you have insurance. The crew are nice and the facility is really good.

你的face value要求有点高。
不过我还从来没有见过enfagrow的奶票呢，不知道face value 都是多少，不过E家的似
乎都是$5.

网上好像有的人建议寄过去几年的tax return，当然也有人说不必要。

我认为：
1、Birth和Marriage Certificates是485申请用的，和AP、EAD申请没关系。所以主、
副申请人的EAD和AP里放Birth Certficate和Marriage Certificate完全没有必要。只
要放一套在485申请里就够了。485接收了，就可以申请EAD和AP。
2、你又不是申请OPT EAD，在EAD和AP申请材料里也不需要以前的I-20。这也是485申请
可能用到的材料。
3、同理还有PayCheck和W-2，都是485的材料，和EAD、AP没关系，也不需要。
4、如果你以前拿过EAD卡（比如OPT EAD），应该放一张以前EAD卡正反两面的Copy。这
是I-765 Instruction明确写了的。

我赞同你的观点，EAD/AP的申请就是基于485的提交，身份背景的审查主要应该由审485
的人完成。不过好多人是律师交485，律所要求材料都要三份，那就按律师说的办。
