绿卡时帮LD申请绿卡，２０１０年１１月交的I－１３０申请。
最近我转为公民。帮LD递交 I－４８５申请。
USCIS给我门的RECEIPT上 PRIORITY DATE怎么还是２０１０年１１月。
USCIS是不是搞错了，怎么同UCSIS联系，LD需要绿卡找工作，一家团聚.
多谢指教

刚刚close的房子，半年前刚tent了，现在发现白蚁swarm，tent的公司过来说这个是
ground termites，不在他们warranty的范围内。
请问各位有经验的大侠，这种情况是否真的不在他们的负责范围内，如果他们不负责，
我应该找什么公司来作，如何能够根治，多谢了！

Subterraneun termite, drill holes around the house and fill in termitecide,
it is about $1000 work.
Drywood termite, replace and treat damaged wood, and/or tent treat
Tent will not treat Subterraneun termite, so your tent company may be right.

不犯法，没有法律说必须shut off engine, 但是出于安全考虑一般关掉引擎。

那么我应该在把整个房子都钻洞还是只要钻发现的地方附近。多谢拉！

不关引擎的话，油箱，汽缸，排气管全是通的，油会直接从排气管里流出来。等你漏掉
几加仑油的时候，你就会明白人家的善意了。

整个房子打洞，加上房子周围也打一圈洞。。

有个白蚁公司明天过来好象只对发现的地方做spot treating，这么说他们这么处理是

tent没多大用处，挖沟放termidor最有效。

Yes! You should spot treat infested areas. I even opened the drywall behind
bath tub and sprayed some under as well. Termites carry termidor and share
with their friends and family so they get destroyed after one application.
For the trenching, I just filled the trench with water and sprayed termidor
in the water. Spray about a foot along the exterior stucco or siding as
well. Good luck!
