If the labor certification for an initial H-1B petition is valid for or
covers the period of the H-1B extension that is to be petitioned for, for
instance, the initial labor certification is valid for 1/1/2013~1/1/2017 and
the petition for H-1B extension is for 6/1/2014~6/1/2015, does one need to
file a new or another labor certification application?
