如果10%， 你买VG 200 就要6刀的手续费，差不多3%没了，值赚7%，才400的额度
还要想办法怎么花出去，当然交水电费一个月就花掉了
如果本地没有bestbuy，你还要开车去很远很远的地方，油费不算了，时间不算了，为
了7%不到？
我知道的一个bestbuy有要过ferry去海岛的那边，所以对我来说简直就是折腾吃力不讨
好。
除非刚好有bestbuy买家电需求，实在看不出来为了10%的好处

可以用 chase pay 的 app 生成一个二维码，拿给小二扫就行了。

我的理解，300包括在1500里。若1500已经被用掉了，这300只有6%。另外，10%和chase
pay不能叠加成15%。最高只有10% （5% this quarter‘s bonus ＋ 5% chase pay）
