西南航空公司一架国内航班乘客，12日九霄惊魂。乘客在2万5000呎高空赫然听到机长
宣称：“we are going down”。接著飞机急速下降，有些乘客已写好简讯准备与家人
诀别，幸而飞机稍后拉平，平安紧急降落。联邦航空管理局(FAA)将针对此一事件展开
调查。
发生事件的飞机是西南航空从佛罗里达州坦帕市飞往北卡罗来纳州洛利市(Raleigh)的
编号3426航班，是一架波音737飞机。飞行途中，乘客突然听到机长惊慌地说：“我们
有麻烦，我们将下坠。”令乘客毛骨悚然，尤其是，飞机接著就头朝下急速下降，有些
乘客坚信自己必死无疑，开始写诀别简讯。
乘客事后告诉媒体，他们看到空服员冲向走道，连忙把座位上方行李舱再关紧，做好安
全准备，并说，氧气罩可能会落下来供乘客使用，空服员看起来好像有点惊慌。幸而飞
机急速下降约数分钟后在1万呎高度拉平，然后平安紧急降落在洛利-德伦国际机场。
航空公司发言人解释，机长当时遇到舱压不规则状况，必须让飞机下降以稳定舱压，他
把他的计划告知空服员，但不小心开启了客舱的公共广播系统。FAA表示，将调查此事
件。

yeah, I don't think they give out discounts on Rolex very often, especially
on a pretty popular model. Plus this is Tourneau at a prime location in NYC
.....

Tourneau很抠门，nyc上另一家rolex的授权经销商就有折扣的。

For gmt2 or new sub, 5-10% and no tax should be no problem, 20% if you have
some connection. But anyway, enjoy the watch.

Next time at least have them mail the box only, and take the watch with you.
That will at least save you the insurance.

no.. it's the 3-year protection plan.

oh... but what for... you will need to take it in for maintenance every 5
years or so anyway. don't buy this kinda insurance next time, not worth it.

ha, which part did you break, the sapphire crystal? replacing that piece
alone for rolex is only a bit over 100 bucks.

Are you serious? I don't think it's that cheap to replace the crystal...
The crystal alone costs more than that.

I am dead serious. The sapphire material itself is dirt cheap. The price
for replacing a broke crystal at RSC (rolex service center) in China is 800-
1000 rmb.
