Sept. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Arena Pharmaceuticals Inc. failed to win a U.S.
panel's backing to sell lorcaserin, an experimental diet pill that would
be the company's first drug.
The San Diego-based company's medicine doesn't work well enough to justify
potential risks when used long-term in overweight and obese patients,
outside advisers to the Food and Drug Administration said in a 9-5 vote

第一条要求:
能够删除手机上所有文件, 并且不需要warning.
之下还有十几条要求, 不点击同意就不给用outlook.

Thanks FDA for releasing the negative briefing doc, I was able to get out
long positions Tuesday with small loss. If this thing goes below $2, I am
ready to cash out my hedged puts.
Next long bet, HGSI panel on Nov 16.
Also, there is no way OREX can pass its panel, ready to accoumulate short positions.

It looks like so obvious OREX won't pass, then why it surges so much?
The tricky thing about OREX's drug is the two components are FDA approved
drugs and doctors can theoretical just prescribe both. Then why FDA won't
approve a drug which contains two FDA approved drugs?

Both VVUS and ARNA failed on the lack of long terms data supporting safety
concern. OREX's one year data won't enough either.

和舞弊天文利润的游戏，早已历史悠久。

非常可能，等金融大鳄们补空仓和作多时，
自然就会有“好消息”出现，借机抬高股价。
如此周而复始，天文财富就弱肉强食的大转移，
对金融财阀们而言，这才是金融市场的真正意义。

不是命苦，只是金融大鳄的泡沫工具和被利用的棋子而已。
作为财富再分配和大转移的金融泡沫工具，小药厂是高效的。
药本身有效无效财阀炒家们根本不在乎，无效更有泡沫暴利效益。
