今年的intern招收都结束了，明年的要到年底才开始。
公司最近招了不少new grad，所以暂时不招new grad

Home Inns & Hotels Management Inc. announced that the pricing of $160
million in aggregate principal amount of 2% convertible senior notes due
2015. The notes were offered to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to
Rule 144A under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended and
investors outside the United States in compliance with Regulation S under
the Securities Act.. The Company has granted to the initial purchasers a 30-
day option to purchase up to an additional $24 million of the convertible
senior notes to cover over-allotments, if any. The notes will be convertible
into the Company's American depositary shares (ADSs) on the earlier to
occur of (i) the effectiveness of the shelf registration statement to be
filed by the Company for resale of the notes and the Company's ordinary
shares represented by the ADSs, if any, issuable upon conversion of the
notes and (ii) one year following the offering. The initial conversion rate
for the notes is 20.256 of the Company's ADSs per $1,000 principal amount of
notes, which is equivalent to an initial conversion price of approximately
$49.37 per ADS. The Company expects to close the notes offering on or about
December 20, 2010. Home Inns & Hotels Management Inc. intends to use the
approximately $154.6 million of net proceeds from this offering for new
business development, investments in complementary businesses and assets,
strategic acquisitions and for general corporate purposes.

should be a good news, convertible note means the note owner can keep the
note (similar to bond) or convert to shares at $49.37 price. should be a
boost to it's share price, right now at low 40s. the selling also seems
reached a pinnacle today.

最近一直关注大夫，发现我和你看到的图都一样。
但是大夫可能是做中短线的，不在乎周线？

我不是指这个股。是之前几次你帮别人分析或者自己买的，特别是在涨的时候。我发现
你一般不看周线图的压力位。
看来大夫选股是一子单传的秘籍了，哈哈。因为我发现你总可以找到这些奇奇怪怪的股票代
码，但是技术面上都有一定的选择的道理。

没有什么秘籍，有一个scan, scan 出来后还是自己看。比如明天会比较关注TEX. 小
盘股ener, 都在比较关键的位子。天气平稳的话会冲过去。

是很有可能，只要大市好，几乎就在那了，酝酿时间（几个量价指标上看）也不短了相比上次拉到这个
高点的时候。
我没时间不做中短线，所以一般看的比较长，TA作为进中长线的辅助参考。

formation already, such as HTHT, CTRP. Worry about slowing down eases off a
bit now. not a sell at this point.
